  • With a firm foundation of c2+yrs. industry experience, at ABA SREs have the opportunity to both lead their own projects and support our senior team on more complex work

  • As a large, innovative research agency, there’s always opportunity – to get involved, test your existing skills, educate others in the team, and to learn from some of the best in the business

  • Our SREs are keen to demonstrate and build on their skills and receive a wide range of training and support, in order to see them flourish and move on to the next stage

  • Both of our quant and qual disciplines are key parts of the ABA toolkit and you will be invited to participate in the development of new techniques and approaches whether you specialise in Qual or Quant or both

  • ABA is unique in terms of the specialisms we have in-house – as part of the team, you’ll have an enviable opportunity to gain understanding and knowledge in many areas of the research process

  • our in-house data team, on-site software development gurus and quantitate expertise, will all help to equip your research toolkit and fast track your career in the industry!

  • From your side, you will have had experience of all elements of project lifecycles; be confident with core set-up; up to speed with different fieldwork methodologies and able to deliver part/whole presentations

  • a creative mind that can deliver fresh research solutions – putting an engaging twist on issues that commonly confront leading brands

  • a capacity to plan and execute multiple tasks – prioritising effectively and hitting deadlines

  • a team-player mind-set – able to build effective working relationships

  • Previous retail, technology/telecoms, FMCG or travel-research experience is a bonus – but this role is more about having a passion for, and being in-tune with, current trends and the way consumers think
