Raindrops on Roses was closed for almost a week in September for a refresh; all in time for its 5th anniversary. In true Raindrops style, everything was done by us and local volunteers.
We celebrated the reopening with our annual donation evening where we handed over £43,099 to our chosen charity Action Against Cancer. The Herts Advertiser made this moment front-page news, underlining how Raindrops on Roses has become a valued part of the community.
We're pleased to say we're on course to beat last year's Christmas revenue - star sellers being art by local artist Jen Roffe, scarves by Curious Yak, a fair-traded importer, and slogan mugs.

During 2017 we will have sold over 50,000 individual products, which must mean a lot of St Albans homes are proud owners of our beautiful merchandise!
We are very proud to see our little shop making such a big difference.
