Your role will help shape how the nation shops

  • We provide specialist training courses as well as ‘on the job training’. You’ll be thrown into things from the off and swiftly become integral to live projects – but you’ll never be left unsupported

  • You would deliver insight and recommend actions for famous UK brands & retailers

  • You’d develop research skills across all aspects of the project cycle:

  • absorbing a brief and business questions to identify key objectives

  • designing and crafting questionnaires and discussion guides

  • talking to shoppers F2F and travelling the UK to visit stores

  • analysing quantitative/qualitative data and brainstorming ideas to distil into key findings

  • producing reports that showcase insights in clear, engaging, creative ways

  • presenting findings to clients

  • There will be opportunities for involvement in exciting new methods – biometrics, WhatsApp communities as well as text analytics and data-visualisation tools

  • You’ll develop a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and its commercial implications

Specifics we look for in our Junior Research Executives  

  • 2:1 or above from any degree background

  • Minimum of a year of experience within a research role or similar industry  

  • A basic understanding of different research methodologies – experience of questionnaire design is an advantage

  • A keen interest in retail brands and curiosity about why people shop the way they do

  • A ‘can do’ attitude with a track record of producing great outcomes to be proud of
