Your role will help shape how the nation shops
  • Our successful graduate scheme has seen many ABAers quickly rise-up through the agency – our coaching, training and fast-paced teams will have you flying in no time.

  • We provide specialist training courses as well as ‘on the job training’ to support you. You’ll be thrown into things from the off and will be working on live projects, right at the heart of the agency

  • Delivering insight and actions for famous UK brands & retailers

  • Developing research skills across all aspects of the project cycle:

  • absorbing a brief and business questions to identify key objectives

  • designing and crafting questionnaires and discussion guides

  • discussing with shoppers F2F and travelling the UK to visit stores

  • analysing quantitative and qualitative data and brainstorming ideas to distil key findings

  • creating reports which showcase insights in clear, engaging, creative ways

  • presenting findings to clients

  • Opportunities for involvement in exciting new methods – Biometrics, WhatsApp Communities, as well as interesting text analytics and data visualisation tools

  • Widening your commercial retail knowledge – developing an understanding of consumer behaviour

Specifics we look for in our graduates
  • 2:1 or above from any degree background

  • Strong A-Level grades - ideally including a maths or science subject     

  • A keen interest in retail brands and curiosity about why people shop the way they do

  • A ‘can do’ attitude with a track record of producing great outcomes to be proud of

  • Competitive starting salary of £22,000 (increasing to £24k following completion of probationary period)
