Over recent months, we’ve been busy integrating TIBCO Spotfire Data Visualisation technology into our portal technology to strengthen our Customer Experience/VOC offering. TIBCO Spotfire, identified by Gartner as a leading visualisation and analytics solution, is a smart, enterprise-class analytics platform that delivers AI-driven, visual, geo and streaming analytics.
