Capturing customers’ hearts and spend

ABA Connects was held high above the City of London in Salesforce Tower and involved over 100 top business figures.

The jam-packed agenda brought together experts from psychology, technology, design, entrepreneurship and market research who explored how emotion shapes consumer behaviour. A second theme was that of empowerment and the role of women in business, with comedian Deborah Frances-White adding her memorable take on the issue. 

High-profile contributors included Jill Easterbrook (CEO of Boden), Belinda Parmar and Dr. Paul Marsden, and there were panel debates on the role of the store in the digital era and how brands can click with the next generation. 

The day was rounded off with cocktails and canapes whilst watching the sun set over London.
