Over the last 10 years we have consistently invested in our in-house IT capabilities - allowing us to deliver technological advances that bring a whole raft of advantages for clients:

  • in-house capability means we can control the process without being beholden to external suppliers – a notorious Achilles heel for many companies
  • Q-Gen, our own survey software, gives clients attractive, hugely cost-effective surveys - doing away with the ‘cost per response’ model
  • Q-Rep, our own reporting software, allows quick and accurate interrogation of results
  • ABAi, our reportal, then makes the data immediately accessible for all stakeholders – in a very polished and easy-to-digest format
  • all our systems have a built-in capacity to evolve with ease – meaning new client needs can be incorporated with little fuss or cost

Beyond this, ABA is always on the lookout for new applications of technology that will speed up data collection, permit new gathering techniques, improve dissemination of results or generate greater insight.
